Young Director Miguel Lozano (AFI graduate 2018) told a story about invading aliens in a very particular way.

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit and all productions were halted to a complete stop, he decided that the best way to stay creative was to assemble two remote teams, one in Madrid and another in Los Angeles, and direct a movie through a webcam.
He trusted me with the design and direction for all the visuals of the short film as well as the title design for the movie.

A couple going through a rough patch and with half the world between them realizes that this might be the last time they will see each other after the worldwide appearance of alien ships over the major cities of the world. They videocall each other in a desperate attempt to find a solution and tell each other what they really feel but the invasion ensues…
