Feral Rites (OCULUS)

Oculus Studios worked with Insomniac Games to develop a fresh take on an established genre like Adventure Brawlers. VR would help us feel a part of the game world. It would give a sense of presence that the UI needed to build upon.

We accomplished this by having a big focus on the characters as a centerpiece wherever possible for a sense of presence as well as utilizing depth and the 3D space smartly to navigate through the menus.

(Note that 2D images cannot show the sense of depth, surrounding and presence that a VR headset will transmit).
